What we collect

Project PROP processes account information, property information, campaign content and buyer or tenant enquiry details supplied through public lead forms.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the service, operate property campaigns, route enquiries to listing agents or agencies, improve product performance and maintain security.

Property enquiries

When a buyer or tenant submits a property enquiry, the details are provided to the relevant listing agent or agency so they can respond to that enquiry and arrange follow-up or a viewing where appropriate.

Data retention and rights

Personal information should be retained only for legitimate business and legal purposes. Users, buyers and tenants may request access, correction or deletion where applicable under data-protection law.

Service providers

The service may use infrastructure, authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, social-media and AI providers as subprocessors. Appropriate contractual and security measures should be maintained for production use.
