Service

Project PROP provides software for property marketing workflows, campaign content, social distribution preparation, buyer and tenant lead capture, lead organization, viewing workflows and owner-performance reporting.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of property information, marketing claims, images, pricing, permissions and communications they publish or send using the service.

AI-assisted content

Generated or suggested content must be reviewed by the user before publication. The service does not guarantee factual accuracy, buyer or tenant interest, sale or rental outcomes, regulatory compliance or marketing performance.

Leads and communications

Users must handle buyer and tenant data lawfully and comply with applicable privacy, advertising, anti-spam and real-estate rules in their jurisdiction.

Availability

The service may change, suspend features or experience interruptions. Commercial plan limits, billing and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout when paid subscriptions are activated.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of a property sale, rental, viewing, lead volume or revenue outcome.

Governing law
